Couples & Family Therapy
Nikki believes that it does take a village. She is delighted to work in individual therapy, but strongly encourages the inclusion of significant others, when available and appropriate. The aim of couple & family therapy is to improve understanding on a systemic level. Among other things, the client and therapist can explore how family or couples functions; how to make sense of communication patterns, including intimacy; and how to problem-solve past or emergent conflict.
Family and couple therapy is provided in a neutral environment using a contextual framework.
